The Gavi di Gavi DOCG by Enrico Serafino glows in a pale straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose is filled with a typical, delicate bouquet of fruity aromas of fine yellow fruits and citrus, accompanied by delicate nuances of fresh herbs. This Piedmontese white wine is dry and fresh on the palate, soft, full-bodied and well structured. The finish is long and fruity, with a delicate spicy aftertaste.
